Multi-sub . . .missing somethign

Ok, i've read posts about the multi-sub object conversion to an ogre material.
This is a simple Box with two materials. When I evaluate it I just get one material. Can someone point out what else needs to be done or why its not working properly?

To update Multi/Sub-Object materials is a different method, see the "Users Guide", in "Upgrading Multi/Sub-Object Materials" page of the "Working with Materials/Evaluating to Ogre Materials" chapter
