Do you mean alpha/opacity animation?
Material animators are currently implemented in Pro only (including alpha, opacity can be animated with the timeline/keyframes)
If you need this now you should use the Pro version, or with the CE version you create a script to get the animation data to a file and load it in your application

yep, if alpha/opacity animation means the objects transit from non_transparent to transparent...
execuse me, but I can't find any link to Pro Version of oFusion in this page?
http://ofusion.inocentric.com/downloads.html
and do you mean manually modify the .osm by saying "create a script to get the animation data to a file" ?

See the
Using Render Monkey shaders from the Artist's Center
You can create a separate file with the data you need and load in your application if you are using the CE version
For the Pro version you need to contact me and provide some details of your project/studio
