animation problems??[solved]

Here is my animation problem... dont know if it's really important but i want to know if it's something that always happens and if it affects in something...

Ok I have a model, I want to get it animated so i've created an skelleton using the bone tool... the model is displayed well in the ogre viewport but not the bones... they are all scattered over the space... >_<

Anyway when I use the skin modifier in the model and add the bones, the model decreases it's size by half in the ogre viewport... but it seems to move right...

Does this happens to all of you????

Just hide the bones and they wont be exported or updated in the viewport, if your mesh has a different size when using skeleton animation, it might be that your mesh was scaled before the skin modifier was applied, see this thread for hints with skeletal animated meshes

:o :D thx a lot I fixed my problems... I hadn't reset transform and scale in my model... xD
I guess I'm still a noob using 3d max (I've been learning for 2 months now), thought I've been using maya for almost 3 years...
