Each time I load a scene most of the objects in the ogre viewport have different size and orientation then in the 3dsmax viewports. I have to reset the pivots (which screws my model) and then make a undo to see the objects at their right size and position.
I did an early reset xform on that model when we started that project. I tried to make new reset xform but it screws all my model! Is there a way to do something else?
This is all iritating!

Search the forum for similar issues, some hints are provided on some of them that might help you
Are the models animated? if you still have this issue, post the file so i can review it

I searched the forum and found 2 solutions for this bug
1) reset x-form
2) reset pivots
Both solution worked, but the problem keep coming back. For example if I do a reset x-form on a part of my model, it will appear at the right position. But it will get all mixed up again if I do a viewport update.
What am I doing that makes the problem come back?

If you undo the changes, then you will keep getting this issue
After your Reset XForm, you need to collpase the stack

Do I have to do a reset x-form and collaspe the stack each time I modify change positionning of an object?

You dont have to do that each time you move an object, just the first time you detect the object is not correctly located, then the transform matrix will be cleaned and you can normally continue working with your object
