Bounding Box Problems

k, we have exported our characters using the ofusion exporter.

But in when runnning in ogre the bounding boxes are in the wrong place and some are the wrong size. I played around with the pivot point for a while and it fixed some problems but still not right. i exported using the other ogre exporter for max, and it seems to get the bounding box right but now we have the old crazy skinning goin on. Really causing me some grief, cause it means the physics out and i cant proceed. any ideas?

You need to Reset the XForm of your character so the BB is correctly generated, search this forum for similar threads, there are several with hints for this issue
