Error: error while using oFusion with 3DMax8

I get these errors while lunching 3DMax:
DLL<3DMax8\plugins\oMaterial.dlt> failed to initialise. Error code:14001 ..
DLL<3DMax8\plugins\oFusion.dle> failed to initialise. Error code:14001 ..
DLL<3DMax8\plugins\oFusionCore.gup> failed to initialise. Error code:14001 ..

Any way to solve this??

The problem is pretty much that you havent installed the latest VC runtime libraries -
