It looks like either you didn't import the textures. Or you may be missing a light in the scene.

Hi, welcome.

I had the same problem in the past and nearly got me mad, and is a silly thing , you can see he threat here:

If you want to add a light you have to simply aply the light as you would do in a 3D MAX scene.

And for the "missing" texture, notice that the textue facades are absolutely black, it is becaue you need to:

1) if you are intereted in realtime lighting:
set their Ambient color to white.

2) if interested in static lightmaps:
Do the same.
Set the emissive to white.

after doing 1 or 2 you´ll se the textures.

You can also modify the "self ilumination" option in the navite max material, but even if you set it to 100 it will be as a gray in the emissive, so better if you modify the emissive of the oFusion material directly.

I like your project, I´m working in a similar one. I also use aerial maps to make urban models. Would be nice we could have a convesation a bout those urban modellin techniques.
Just a rapid question, tose geometries are automatically generated from lidar data or similar? with the heighs etc?¿¿?¿

bye!

It looks like the mesh is just missing a material script. Without a light things would be black.

Hey I think I've seen these buildings before. It's in the AC3D flash thumbnails.

I read somewhere that default scene in 3dsmax has 5 lights in it, that is the reason why you can see your objects well lit in 3dsmax viewport.
