IK helpers use

Hi,

Is it possible to use IK Chains helpers in Ogre ?

I tried to make some simple IK Chains that update well in oFusion viewport but when I export them, even if I see the IK Chain helper exported, nothing happen when I move it. The bones and the mesh are staying unchanged.

Is there something to activate during the export or once in Ogre ?

Are you trying to manually control the bones in your application? or when playing the animation, it is different?

I try to manually control the bones using an IK solver from Max. No animation are defined for the bones.

The oFusion log tell that the IK Chain is exported but there is nothing related to the chain or this helper in the OSM file.

So, it seems exporting Max IK chains is not possible (nobody is resonding so...).

So the only is: to export the mesh with all its bones and to do IK chain in Ogre (nothing is done for this in Ogre I think, no ?)...

The skeletal heirarchy is created in your Ogre application when loading the exported object, then if you need to manually control the bones to positionate/rotate, use the API methods
