hey everyone
Currently I'm doing a project which involves working with 3dmax and ogre. From what I've gathered on this forum I need to include the .osm file to show simple animations, like rotating or moving objects.
I assume I dont need the .osm file when working with bone structures ( .skeleton), correct?
However I'd also like to use the move and rotate animations in my application. Problem is, I'm pretty much clueless of how to import/include the osm library into the ogre application.
So it would be greatly appreciated if someone could explain me how to achieve this ( using visual studio 2005 btw), or perhaps point me to a tutorial or manual for doing this ( couldn't find anything of the sorts anywhere). Already tried compiling the demo, perhaps by doing this I'd get some answers, unfortunately this wouldn't work since it missed the osmscene.obj when compiling , suspect because im not using the dagon release.
Also I'm not limited to the use of ofusion, so if anyone knows an addon that would give better results, feel free to leave a message
Hope I've included enough information about my current problem, if anything's missing , lemme know.
Thanks in advance
