EDIT: its also very possible that the missing information about licensing that i first didnt get forwarded to me can be the problem;) (my own fault).
Have problems to activate it atm, but its likely solveably. Sorry for taking your time.

-------------old message
Hi there. Recently upgraded from CE to PRO. But i cant start PRO. On either max 8 or 9.

"Not start" means that ofusion exists in the max menu, you can press export, it asks for filename, but when I press "save" nothing happens.
Exactly the result as when I uninstalled ofusion, the button is still there but it doest work.

I have had both versions installed (max 8 and 9). But theres only one uninstaller, perhaps that is the problem. Or the fact that i have Vista on my computer. I'll go next and try with another os, but since I have fiddled around so much with installing and uninstalling, im not sure I can even trust vista to be the problem.

I use max 8 with sp1, and only a max 9 for testing. So max 8.1 is my preferred program of use.

Anyone else had this issue? I'll continue to try until I get it to work, will post a reply if I find a solution.

I just tried on windows XP and max8 without service pack. Still same issue.

It doesnt leave much more than that it has to do with either CE installed before or that I have had 2 versions of max installed, and have had 2 versions of ofusion installed. (have max 8 and 9 on both my vista laptop and my stationary xp comp with ofusion for each one of them).

What is displayed in the license manager "application status" field?

Could you open a support ticket (this will be handled immediately)
