what the fuck is CE? how to enable that thing? please gimme detail, im not too familier with these these shortcuts. thanks
CE is the free cut down community edition and lacks some features but is free for non commercial use.
The pro version is for Commercial use and offers extra functionality that makes Ofusion more useful for things like game dev and costs $ letting you set up your scene better with actors/heirarchy/ and scene nodes that can be used for mount points. Plus it also has some extra advanced features like morphs, and render to texture material support.
The CE version is useful for creating static environments, or simple bone/skinned actors. But is a bit lacking for advanced work.

evak is right, we should pay for the full version.
but we can enable it with this way ,for free:
use MAXScrprit to open "oFusionTools.ms" int ../3dsmax7/script/starup, and find follows:
oFusionSceneSettings.fog_mode.enabled = false
oFusionSceneSettings.fog_color.enabled =false
oFusionSceneSettings.fog_density.enabled =false
oFusionSceneSettings.fog_linearStart.enabled = false
oFusionSceneSettings.fog_linearEnd.enabled = false
set all to true and save it , then use maxscript tools to run this script once, that you can enable the button
