Old one:How to merge mesh?

After i export the model, i find more than one mesh file if the original one have different layer. How can i merge them?
When i use MeshMagik, i shows problem like the mesh dosen't have skeleton.
Is there any other software that can help to do this?

If you want a single mesh object, use the 'Attach' of the edit mesh/poly modifier
