Regarding the oFusion License

Hi all,

I have a few questions - The first is regarding the following comments in the 'oSceneLoader' source files;

/**********************************************************************
*<
oFusion Scene Loader CE (see License.txt)

FILE: ogreAnimationCompiler.h

DESCRIPTION: OE_XMLScene callbacks interface

IMPLEMENTED BY: Andres Carrera

HISTORY:

Original implementation by Lasse Tassing (Channex)
2005 ITE ApS, Lasse Tassing

*> Copyright (c) 2006, All Rights Reserved.
**********************************************************************/

- Where is License.txt?

The second question is, can I edit the oFusion source and still use it in a commercial application?

Some concrete information on Licenses would be nice :)

EDIT

Forgot to ask, is there a difference between the CE and PRO versions of the oSceneLoader code?

Theres a seperate Pro loader avaliable on my support page, and was told that the Pro version was compatible with CE but handles advance OSM features. Kind of like how CE and PRO are different.

There's also a serializer OSM saving lib for the PRO version.

The PRO loader from the support page says it for Dagon, and the comments say that it is the CE version too.... wth?

the pro one is still dagon, but seems to mostly work ok minus some new features. the pro version supports all the functionality of the CE edition, plus the extra features of the Pro version.

The pro version is particularly handy for games, since you can save heirarchy with nodes etc in tact for actors and gameplay interactive objects, vehicles etc. CE is ok, but only really useful for static scenery and exporting boned characters. You cant easily export heirarchy with mount nodes and what have you.
