multiple parts character[solved]

In the knowledge base article "Working with animated multiple parts characters", it mentioned that all the parts have to use the same complete skeletal hierarchy to be able to use a single skeleton file to drive them all. How exactly is that done?

I tried adding all bones to the skin modifier(of two different parts) as the article suggested, but after exporting, the resulted skeleton file doesn't seems to have all the bones used by the two parts. It seemed to me that the skeleton file generated is only valid for one of the parts.

Edit: I must be looking at the wrong files or sth, all seems to be working as advertised for both pro and ce version. but I have to use the skin modifier. Not sure if this is possible with the physique modifier.
