set follow camera? [SOLVED]

i try to make racing game.
i have tried to link the camera and the car in max file. but the camera didn't work well.
and i have tried to link the camera from the program, it's still doesn't work well. the camera is far away from the car. but the car and the camera are in the same position.
is there another way to set the camera in program?

how to use cameraAutoTracking? i try to use that but i got error in run time.
