Rotation problem

when i export a gun from max with ofusion the rotation is always the same.

the gun should face negative Z but it always turned to me. i have tried everything, flip axis, ResetXform, loaded different models but always the same result. none of rotations i made to the model work.
i mean in Ogre i saw the gun model facing to me.

i will go crazy what should i do ?
i have heard something using box or something may it help ?

Are you using the .mesh file directly or via the scene file?

If you are using the mesh file, search the forum for "Reset XForm" for instructions on how to reset the oject matrix
