"oFusion viewport" ghosted out

Hello,

I posted this as a bug, but I thought I might throw it out here as well:

I've had oFusion Pro 1.896 installed for a while now and it's been working fine. Last night, however, I started up 3ds Max 9,and the oFusion viewport won't open. I can see the oFusion menus (and I can open up windows like the Scene and Viewport properties), but under "views>extended," "oFusion Viewport" is ghosted out.

When I export, I can see oFusion as an export format, but when I try to export, nothing happens when I hit, "save".

I'm staying at a friend's house for the week, and I've had to change network settings to get on their network. Could that have messed with the oFusion licensing?

Also, I've recently installed and licensed the full version of ShaderFX. Could that have affected it?

The latest Ogre log is a few days old, so that doesn't seem to be working.

There are no warnings that I can see about oFusion not loading.

Any help would be appreciated.

It would be faster if you open a support ticket for this

Sorry, by, "I posted this as a bug" I meant I had already opened a support ticket. I waited half a day, and then posted here. (No, I'm not all that patient. :)) In the past, this approach has worked well for me, because the forums can be a source of valuable information.

Also, I just think it's valuable to put problems to this forum as a means of sharing solutions.

I see a got a response to my ticket suggesting that changes to the adapters could disable the license. In my case, I had gone from my home, which is wifi only, and where I disable my Ethernet card, to a friend's home where I had to use their LAN cable and thus re-enable my Ethernet card. That probably did it.

The response to the ticket has instructions on how to re-activate the license. I'll give that a shot.

Thanks!

[Update: I re-authorized for the new network settings, and it's working now. Thanks again!]
