3dsmax 2009 released today

Seems to be coming out more frequently. Just thought I'd mention it since yet again plugins need to be recompiled to work with 2009.

Judging by the web page there aren't that many usefull features for game development. There are a bunch of videos showing new features here:

Hopefully the next version of ofusion will be released soon with 2009 plugins included in the installer.

Yes, it seems they have a new release rate policy

Im more in favor of branchs or releases being driven by features than by the actual year ( use this as a hint of the number of new features in the upcoming version 2 )

The new Max 2009 will be supported soon in the upcoming updates

lol.. next year (2009) we will have 3dMax 2020..
