Could CE version provide the corrent tangent information?

or Is it only for Pro version?

Yes, CE produces usable tangents, but several fixes in the Tangent and Edge generation methods has been included in the Pro version

CE produces tangent only in the TEXCOORDn buffer, the Pro version can produce it in the TEXCOORDn and TANGENT buffers (and produces binormals in the BINORMAL buffer)

You could probably test the fixes in the new CE version that will be released during this weekend

As we are currently at Siggraph assiting some of our customers, the release data fot the CE version has been moved to the next weekend (after this weekend)
