Ofusion and PuppetShop Rig Deformation

We have a problem in the ofusion viewport with your character, the right foot is always deform and it's the same for all the characters, it's not a reset Xform problem because before I give the 3d studio max file to your animator I always do a reset xform before de rig and animation. I am the 3d modeler of all characters,

step 1: Modeling

Step 2: Unwrap

apply a reset xform, after that I give the file to your animator,

step 3: Rig with PuppetShop + skin with 3ds max

step 4: animation

And when the activation of ofusion is done we got the right foot deformation, and is always only the right foot.

Like that, I can't show the entire screenshot for privacy policy reason.

We got license for ofusion pro and puppetshop pro

Is there any manual modification to the right foot bone (as adding ik or a helper in the hierarchy)?

As the other bones are correct, it seems there is an "extra factor" in that bone matrix

On the first sight, we have no manual modification to the right foot bone, and we got the same setting for both foot. Left foot work correctly.

And we got no problem before the oFusion activation.

Yes, there has been some other reports about similar issues with PuppetShop, send your scene to support for a review
