How to install oFusion?

My question is really simple, is there a guideline or a HowTo install oFusion because I did not find one on the official site nor in these forums.

I want to be sure that I'm installing it correctly, because yesterday I tried by guessing and the Ogre Viewport was not able to show due to a 'getCamSpeed in undefined' error.

BTW, I have the Ogre v.1.0.2 SDK installed and 3d studio max 6.0

I uninstalled oFusion and reinstalled it in the 3ds Max root dir.

The first thing that I find strange is that the oFusion Menu is not appearing between the Customize UI and MaxScript menu!

So I then customize the UI in the menu section, there was an oFusion menu but strangely there was no action in it (unlike the first time I tried to install it), so I put the Lioric Ogre tools in it, wich are
Clear
Object
Scene
Update Mat
Update
Update Sel
Viewport

The problem is that I can't find the option to show the Real-Time viewport. None of those menu action open a viewport.

you have to right click on the viewport label top left of a viewport, right click on the word and in the menu select Views/extended/Ogre ViewWindow.

If its installed the option to activate an ogre rendered viewport is there.
