I download the oFusion Community Edition 1.8.6, but there's much difference from http://www.ofusiontechnologies.com/media.html. I wonder which one is the latest?

The CE edition is almost 2 years old and quite buggy compared to Ofusion Pro. On the surface it may not look that different but Pro has a lot of enhancements that though sometimes small add a great deal of flexibility to your project. It's also had a TON of bugs fixed and the results are a lot more predictable, especially exporting skinned meshes which was a bit like pulling teeth in CE.

One of the biggest bonuses for me is shaderFX support in ofusion, I can make most of the basic shaders I want with that and ofusion creates fairly well optimized Ogre materials and shaders for me.

There are some pretty fundamental differences in the scene format, Pro supports heirarchies, groups, and scene nodes whilst CE doesn't. So you can easily make simple gameplay rigged objects. Not sure if CE has user defined properties that lets you add simple scripts to your objects. The other thing is that there are both binary and XML versions of the scene format, and a serializer library for writing scenes from inside your own application. The Pro scene loader is extended from CE and supports many more features. One of the most usefull things for me is autoregistering subdirs that don't need to be listed in resource.cfg and zip files.

I could write a lot more but my memory if CE is pretty vague now. Pro is quite expensive but I havent regretted the purchase.

Ogremax is a good alternative to Ofusion CE which is lagging behind somewhat since 2007. Pro is really targeting commercial projects and quite costly for individuals having a license fee you would expect for an exporter with ongoing custom support.
