I'm trying to install oFusion on Max 2009, but I'm getting the following errors:

DLL <E:\ Program files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2009\Plugins\oMaterial.dlt> is not made for this version of the program - not loading
DLL <E:\ Program files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2009\Plugins\oFusio.dle> is not made for this version of the program - not loading
DLL <E:\ Program files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2009\Plugins\oFusioCore.gup> is not made for this version of the program - not loading

Conditions are:
3ds Max® 2009
oFusion Community Edition 1.8.6 for Max 7/8/9
Direct 3D 9.0
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86)
XP Professional, SP2

Any help?
Thanks in advance.

You need to use Ofusion Pro to use use ofusion with 3dsmax 2009. The current CE version is about 2 years old now and predates some of the newer 3dsmax versions.

That's not what is the oFusion site. There they say: "oFusion Community Edition 1.8.6 for Max 7/8/9"!!!

Do you mean I have to pay to trail it or I can download it for free?

Thank you for reply

3dsmax 2009 is actually Version 11.0

Ofusion CE is for Max 7/8/9

But after Max 9 there is Max 2008 and Max 2009

So you have to buy ofusion Pro to use it with Max 2009

Of course, I won' t buy a software wich has NO trial version.

Thank you, anyway.

Yeah though 3dsmax 2010 came out last month and there is no support for that in Ofusion Pro yet. It usually takes a while for Ofusion to support new releases. I wish CE would get updated more frequently, Ofusion is too good a product to be let down by a lackluster demo version with 2 year old bugs and poor 3ds version compatibility :(
