been messing around with multi morph exporting, which seems to generally be working but has a few glitches on a few frames. im wondering if its something wrong with ofusion pro itself or with our mesh. probably a small glitch out of new usage lack of experience. maybe someone in this forum has ran into similar issues before in the past and can drop me a couple cents on the issue?...
here is a screenshot showing the issue. thanks in advance for your time.

psenough:

If any issue is not completely resolved and its really needed for your
project (as seem to be true for this) feel free to contact me directly
(pm, email, skype) and I will make sure that the issue is moved to the top
of the list for it to be handled faster

From the logs of the ticket submitted, it seems that this was already
solved, maybe it was not clearly understood, because of this I will post
here the solution

The mesh was loaded on several different configurations and on all of them
the scene was loaded correctly, now I don't know on what versions it was
tested (not at the office right now) but I have just tested it with the
latest version (1.9.80, with hotfix #380oECM) the mesh and the animation
are correctly displayed and animated

Note: it recommended to have the "normal" modifier below the morpher (all
of the modifiers that change the geometry must be before any animation
modifiers)

Here is a video to show you this

( as you posted the screenshot, I suppose you are ok with posting the video here, if not just notify and I will remove it in a finger snap ;) )

thanks for the follow up

the problem was never originally resolved, i mailed back right after receiving the "problem seems to be fixed" ticket email, explaining it was still broken, pointing out that the video originally shown as proving the resolve still had the original artifacts. never heard back. since we couldnt wait much longer, we abandoned the idea of using multi morph: the product was remodeled to do something less interesting then originally planned and has been already finished by now.

but we'll try some more tests soon, with the newer version of ofusion, to see if multimorph might be usable for future projects. your latest test seems to be working properly.

no problem about the video being online
