Ofusion Pro not compatible with Windows 7 [SOLVED]

I thought I'd try windows 7 RC since Vista is playing up and takes over a minute to load any max scene. unfortunately the Ofusion viewport can not be created in windows 7. here's what it says in the Ogre log in the Max root dir.

I tried reinstalling 3dsmax on C, and then later H just to make sure it wasn't a permissions problem.

in DynLib::load at ..\src\OgreDynLib.cpp (line 80)



Ogremax works perfectly, most of ofusion seems ok except you can't create the viewport. Strangely GL isn't recognised and you get the same DX9 error when trying a GL viewport, both max GL or Ofusion GL.

Both GL and DX9 work fine in the max native viewports.

Ok I posted a support ticket and got a speedy reply with the solution. Bit silly of me, I've been working and havent played any games or anything since I installed windows 7. Turned out I had to install the latest March DX9 and it worked perfectly after :)

Apparently the web installer version doesn't work well, but this downloadable version certainly does.

I have had a couple of Support tickets overlooked too. Have been asking for a how to use ofusion RTT texture unit example for a long time now.

UPDATE

I sent an email and got two replies one from Lioric and one from someone in the support team :), who created a new ticket on my behalf regarding overlooked tickets.
