What happened to NxOgre::TriggerCallback::InheritedCallback

I am looking to make a trigger using NxOgre::TriggerCallback::InheritedCallback but it seems to have disappeared. I tried to find where the change logs are and can see if its been replaced or what. Sorry if this is a stupid mistake, but what am I missing?

Everything has been condensed into the "Callback" class.
