downloaded runtime the driver from AGEIA, but it doesnt come with this.. (only physxcooking, and physxcore)

We all have it. It's part of the SDK.

Hey man,
they are in this folder.
C:\dev\PhysX\Bin\win32
Obviously will be different folder if you didn't follow betajaens tutorials
