I am having the same problem as I was in this post:

But this is a different model, and I have not fixed the issue with the other model either. I have a question though, do all bones need to be included in the ogreode file? I am modeling the ogreode file after the zombie example, but both of my models have a lot more bones then the zombie.
Could the bones I am joining not correct, or do I need to include all the bones, any thoughts?
