Understand subaru.ogreode

Hi (sorry for my bad english)
I've another question inherent to the file "subaru.ogreode" (GranTurismOgre).
There is a reading or reference, to understand how to complete and refine this file and things like that?
In fact there is written in the engine section "lots of work still to do here" but I'm not understanding very well

I think you can read some vehicle dynamics first,and then you may understand some parameters in such files .
