Multi select

Hi, I have problem and I dont know how to solve it. I have some objects and I want to do Rectangle Selection. I saw this topic but there is not solution (http://www.ogre3d.org/addonforums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=11731&p=66587&hilit=Rectangle+Selection#p66587).
I have no plane just planets in space. Is there any easy way how to do it?

Ok, better question will be if anyone has implemented MOGRE Intermediate Tutorial 4 in one project? I just want to see how it works in complex example. In this tutorial they want some pre-project and I dont have Mogre.Demo.ExampleApplication.Example. Or if anyone can give me short example.
