Terrain based on Tile/Heightmap

I work on a fake "Terrain Manager" for manage by page, tile and Heightmap...

This is for a client/server application:

- Read X Fragment of map (128x128)
- Engine load them and unload Fragments behind the vision range
- Terrain Fragment is cut in 128 tile of 1, each tile can have his material


- Live deformation & texturing
- Better performance optimization
- LOD support (in progress)
- Terrain smoothing
