using mogre for the desktop windows?

Hi, I'm new here in Ogre. I have a little question. If I wanna create a dockbar like stardock ObjectDock in windows, may I use ogre library(directx/opengl) instead using GDI+ ?
this means that the windows has to be trasparent so no borders, top level windows, etc..

Yes, of course. You can bind the Mogre to any window handle, my favourite is a simple panel.
