I made this track editor for the community using Mogre! Check it out - http://www.ogre3d.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=46991
Currently I'm waiting feedback and further suggestions that any users may want to have before I stop working on this project and move forward.
MOgre, wonderful wrapper, surprisingly fast!
