Hi,

i have a map exported from 3DS MAX 2010 and i try through a batch script to convert all models from the scene into triangle and i have an error on a brick of a wall.

PhysX Error! NXE_INTERNAL_ERROR (line of the file TriangleMeshBuilder.cpp : 361)
cleaning the mesh failed

with the graphist, we tried to fix that problem but nothing did fine.

when a delete that brick from the scene in 3DS MAX, i have the same error on another brick. These bricks are copies from the first one, made then unique.

does someone has the same probleme ?

As i had no answer and found no fixes for my problem, i decided to switch to flour 0.4...

however, i am working with 3DS MAX and i only can export into .mesh files.

does anyone know how to create dotFlower files with 3DS MAX ?

thanks !

ul.Duc, serched but only flower models found...

You can export into .obj then use blender to save them as .flower

as long as i think it will take us much more time than using DotMesh files directly from MAX and cook them with flour 0.3.2, i keep with that version.

I won't install blender juste to export an exported file :)

ul.Duc still and always with flour 0.3.2 until I find the courage to use PhysX directly

ps : no offense, i think NxOgre is very well done anyway !! I thank you(betajean) very much for what you've done :)

The Flower file format is pretty simple, you could always make a export plugin in Max.

The probleme came from a lot of default in the map.

After i renamed everything without any space and convention, the error came :/

So i asked my artist to correct all this and it is now just fine !

Another Question :

How can i keep standing up an Actor ? When i create it, it lays down because it falls ans it slides on the flour because of the height i set it thanks to raycasting.
