Hi
i tried to export a blender object like the following:
http://img31.imageshack.us/i/55578010.png/
but when i use the flour viewer to see what kind of physic model i ve exported i get this figure:
http://img824.imageshack.us/i/37161183.png/
it seems to export only the primitives and doesnt notice my transformations which i ve made.
Are there any blender configurations ive missed? This is my first time working with blender.

The flower file format doesn't really work like that, it ignores all transformations that blender applies. I don't know blender but can you get it to permanently scale the meshes?
Otherwise; the alternative and much longer route is to export your meshes as an Ogre XML mesh, then using the OGREMeshToFlower converter Ruby script to re-save it as a flower file for you. However; I would REALLY try the first way first.

Thank you that brought me back on track... Finally 2 clicks in Blender which apply your transformation to the mesh geometry:
Object > Clear/Apply > Apply Scale/Rotation to ObData

Which Format should i use to import my 3d models into Blender?? Because once i have imported an .obj file and then exported it as .flower the conversion to .nxs via flour 0.4 fails. Eventually flour reads some input but writes 0kb to the .nxs file.

OK let me show you what flower tells me whenever i try to convert an exported file from blender :
C:\flour2>flour --convex rinne_01.flower

Flour reads some Input but doesnt write it to the nxs file. Anyone who could tell me some reasons for it !?

im desperate..
This happens only when i have imported my obj files into Blender. Objects created in Blender are working.

It may be due to duplicate vertices, which PhysX doesn't like. I expect there is a function in Blender to merge duplicate vertices, or optimise them.

ok i did that. Theres an option merging vertices but when i do that he removes the whole model

. Does this mean that my model is crap ? Do i have to tell this my friend who makes these models ?

Sounds like you merging all the vertices into one there, try finding a one that merges vertices within a certain radius (of 0.00000001m), or one that says remove duplicate vertices.
No it isn't crap; Usually when someone models the model, texture coordinates for one vertex doesn't really cut it. So the model uses two or more for each separate texture coordinate, which I suspect what is happening with you. Generally, you shouldn't use your visual model for a physics model, a more rough and efficient version should be used instead. But try removing the duplicate vertices first and see what happens.

You probably just need to bake your model's transformations before exporting it. I don't remember exactly how to do this, but Google should make it simple.
