Distance joint

The project that I am working on required the use of the physX distance joint so I thought I might as well add it to NxOgre, I don't know whether anyone else has already done it but I just thought I'd let you know, I'll upload the altered files if betajaen wants them. I may add a couple more joints when I come to need them.

I am just about to use the cylindricalJoint and noticed you've spelt it like this "cyclindricalJoint" did you do that for a reason or is it a typing error?
If it's a typing error I'll correct it for you.

Sadly not.

I shall do a CVS update later this week sometime so that everyone can use 2.4.4 with it.

But if you want the file right now, and can't wait because your grandmother's bestfriend's uncle's neices dog's life's depends on it, I'll email you a copy.
