You need to know, that nxOgre or PhysX needs at least a PPU-Card to "envole" its fully power...
But, the faster your cpu, the better is your peformance.
I don't know, but i don't think physx uses the another CPU if don't don't tell it to use it. I don't havea dual-core, so correct if i am wrong.

You can run PhysX in your own seperate threads, and you should be able to put threads across processors. So in theory yes.
But as ColeZero said; A PPU is probably better.
Hi, I've tried using PhysX in single and dual-core computers.
And yes, PhsyX runs much faster in multi-core environment, due to the threading ability.
Well, I can't tell you how much, but you can really feel the difference.
