Distirbution of exe

I wanted to know what all I need to run the just the exe on another computer. I know that all the dll's from nxogre, physx and nxogre and the media will be required. And I guess also need the ageia's systemsoftware to be installed. But do I need anything else, like an sp1 patch or some other windows dll's ?

DirectX runtimes? There have been a few threads on the main forums about this but; if you use Visual Studio 2005 then you have to make some sort of installer, I haven't tried it yet, but you could bundle the system software with the installer, and install PhysX at the same time.

Yes, you need to distribute exactly the same version of CRT's dlls... (i.e. msvcp80.dll) your compiler uses. You have basically two options, make an .msi installer using candle/light (search in google) or execute this file in the client's PC (for x86 arch):

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\BootStrapper\Packages\vcredist_x86\vcredist_x86.exe
