As I warned yesterday, all the VC++ projects in CVS are now configured to use the downloadable 3rd-party libraries, and I am now in the process of removing the source of these libraries from CVS. Make sure you download the 3rd party libraries and headers from the downloads page if you’re a VC++ user, and extract the archive into the parent folder of ‘ogrenew’. If you get a bunch of link warnings complaining about missing vc60.pdb files, don’t worry, it won’t hurt anything, I’ll be sorting this out in a later release.

Again please note that I’ve switched from .zip to .tar.bz2 format because it’s smaller, use PowerArchiver or other GUI tools which support bzip2, or get the Cywin tools for command-line versions. See the FAQ for more info.
