I just realised that I didn’t update the Win32 3rd-party dependencies link last night for 0.13.0; the new dependencies had been on Sourceforge’s downloads for a while but I forgot I hadn’t updated our downloads page yet. You’ll need this if you use MSVC, and you can get it here.
